There is a need to recognize the scale and size of the operations of the companies and devise regulation .
We are sure our government will not let us down in their decision, and ensure their seed bill will give plentiful harvests for Indian farmers and industry.

In both the seed legislations, the accountability of seed companies has been very minimal.Even the diversity of the cropping system will disappear.The Bill must regulate the commercial seed market, it should not regulate farmers to encourage the commercial seed market.Instead we have a law that regulates all kinds and how they are regulated. That is why I am introducing an amendment in my bill which would make sure consumers can choose what type or quantity their crops produce and if this does happen without having to worry about paying for them directly. , "
Regulation of quality, too, is limited to the seeds of varieties that have been officially notified.The new Seeds Bill, 2019 provides for compulsory registration of "any kind or variety of seeds" that are sought to be sold.By providing for compulsory registration of "any kind or variety of seeds", private hybrids whether officially "released" or "truthful labeled" will automatically be brought under regulatory purview.In order not more than 10 years after its publication in 2009 it has become a national issue. Government of India is expected to introduce the Seeds Bill 2019 in the ongoing winter session of the Parliament.It also seeks to provide a mechanism to register every seed variety into a national seed register.If every seed is to be registered in a costly and timeconsuming process envisaged by the Bill, the cost of the seeds will increase hurting the very farmers the Bill claims to protect.The government has promised that it would give up all subsidies for fertilisers which could help sustainably grow crops such as maize. "We are currently working with various stakeholders including agriculture ministers from different sectors on how we can take advantage of this opportunity," said Arun Jaitley MP who was at stake when he asked if any new measures were needed or had been taken against them.30 "There have been some indications over recent months about increasing prices but there's no clear consensus among those involved." He added that his party wanted more clarity between its plans concerning agricultural policy decisions so they should not delay their decision making until after next years election period which may end sometime later.
