Shortly after Mario was promoted to the minor leagues, KP Pete confronted Gruba in his car. Gruba absorbed his energy and hid him in the closet on the second floor shortly thereafter. Gruba is a character in "Paper Mario Thousand-Year Door" and looks like Touba Bruba. Initially, as a third party, he did not participate in the battle between Mario and X-Nauts for the Crystal Star. Mario eventually discovered that Grubba possessed Venus and used it to absorb the power of other fighters. Before Qiaolin and Mario entered his office, Gruba checked his secret files.
Grubba used this machine to become a huge supercharged monster, calling himself "Macho Grubba" and fighting Mario. Because of the stiffness and hard surface of this blade, the classic top spin is a little harder to play than the Primorac or Hinoki, but you get a great "straight" blade with good control, hence the typical block. with a very high precision in the direction of return combined with a fairly high return speed.
