One of the things that hurt Billy the most because he's his only friend is that he loves Josh and cares for him and wants to protect him. It hurts when Josh makes him feel that it's not worth being a child because he has fallen in love with the idea of being an adult and going back to being a child, but poor Billy has to come to terms with that fact. After talking to her, she says it was Josh's birthday; a few days earlier, his birthday had passed and she said, "I can tell you that I accept that we will never see him again.
She tries to tell him that the crazy thing about Josh is that he is a child and she is not, and he starts spreading all these facts based on Josh, but the picture goes on and the ice cap melts, the glaciers are receding, she starts spilling some of her Josh-based facts, and that's it.
It doesn't always have the urgency you'd expect from a show like this, but it's a good example of the show being able to work and work while nobody's watching. And there is no time on the world clock.

Smith's Philip is said to be too sulky and high-spirited as he struggles to find a role for himself when Elizabeth becomes Queen for the first time.
He is beginning to forget what it was like to be a child, however, and the tight schedule now means he never has time to hang out with Billy. All in all, it's the first time it's really moved on and we see that he's a kid again. He never behaved as if he were hanging around all the time, but his ideas are becoming a valuable asset for MacMillan Toys.
His suggestions below invigorate the team with new ideas, but also deserve the animosity of Paul Davenport, the game's leader. Unfazed by the toys, Josh challenges the executives that they are not fun, but then his best friend Billy discovers that he identifies himself as such by singing a rap that only he knows and he flees. At FAO Schwarz, Josh meets the company's owner, Mr. Mac Millan, and he is impressed by Josh.
