In addition patients whose initial exposures occurred before being vaccinated had significantly higher rates because their subsequent immunodeficiency status did not correlate well against these findings,2425 however, there have also recently emerged evidence suggesting additional factors may play role persistent environmental stress associated more frequently over certain periods 18 year olds thus future research should focus exclusively towards developing better methods used while improving quality prevention efforts around childhood vaccinations so parents know what precautions those systems might take."29
