Muslims use the term Dajjal specifically for The Deceiver , a false Messiah. Dajjal will die at As-Sham, by the eastern gates of Lod, Palestine, May Allah restore him to Muslims. The Dajjal will come close to defeating the Muslims, while the messiah descends from Heaven in a white minaret at the east end of Damascus . The Muslims will battle Dajjal and his forces, but he will besiege Muslims, whether it is in Jerusalem or Damascus.

The one at the end of the time will be a perfect Muslim and leader of the Islamic nations worldwide. The appearance of Dajjal will challenge the Muslims faith, and only some people will be able to withstand his charms; women especially will find him highly attractive, but he will ruthlessly fight everyone who stands up against him.
Sooner or later, however, Dajjal, the young man with the curly, twisting hair, and blind eyes...will appear somewhere between Syria and Iraq, and spread delusion from left and right .
